DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND ORDER ERRORS
You may exchange or receive a full refund if the products you ordered are delivered damaged or defective, or if the products you received do not match the products you originally ordered.
In case of return of damaged, defective or incorrect products we will refund you:

In case of exchange of damaged, defective or incorrect products we will:
– Ship replacement items free of charge.
